Project overview
The UK client needed a premium, fast wellness site where non-technical staff could compose and edit content visually in real time — without a developer in the loop.
A polished, conversion-ready wellness website the team could own and update themselves through a visual editor.
Sole developer: I built the platform on Next.js 15 and React 19, refactored it to React Server Components, and implemented a dynamic block-based content architecture.
- Deliver a premium, high-performance wellness platform
- Enable real-time visual content editing for staff
- Improve loading performance via modern rendering
- Keep the architecture flexible and content-driven

Lessons learned
Refactoring to RSC showed me how much perceived speed comes from where code runs. Moving rendering to the server made a content-heavy site feel instant — and a block-based model gave the client real autonomy.
